  • You can stretch your legs by sitting in a low lunge position, and then move your leg back. This way you will also be stretching the other leg.

  • From here, try sliding your back leg back behind you. Use your hands or blocks as buffers to help lower your body down towards the floor. Go as far as you are comfortable in this position.

  • To do the splits, you have to try and reach the floor. If you can’t yet, make sure your core is still engaged.
