Q. Who are Choreo N Concepts / who are we?  
We are a dance school, currently based in Gurgaon. Even though we are physically present in Gurgaon, we have shown our skills and talent through Zoom amidst Covid-19. We are flexible to work with each student based on their needs and what they want to achieve.

Q. How can I join?
Visit our website www.choreonconcept.com and get all the required information. You can fill the form available on our website to register. After successfully registering, you will receive the Zoom link to your class.

Q. Are classes available for beginners/non-dancers?
Yes, our dance classes are available for beginners and those who are just taking their first step into the world of dancing. Everyone is welcome to learn and grow together with us. Our faculty and staff maintain a positive, stress-free atmosphere at all times allowing everyone to feel included and enjoy themselves. We treat each student with respect and as an individual with a desire to learn.

Q. Are free trials available?
Yes, we offer free trials for all our regular classes. Fill the form given on the website to sign up for a free trial. Our executive will then get in touch with you and assist you with the booking of the same. 

Q. Where will the class take place?
Owing to Covid-19 Pandemic, all our classes are held online via Zoom. Covid-19 has been a blessing for us, allowing us to train aspiring dancers all across the globe.

Q. What is the age limit to join? (Minimum and Maximum)
The minimum age to join our classes is 3 years. At this age, the child will be enrolling into the ‘Kids Batch’. There is no limit on the maximum age to join.

Q. Do you offer a monthly package? How many classes take place in a month?
Yes, in our monthly package you can enrol in one particular style for a complete month. It lasts a total of 4 weeks. Depending on the style, there will be 2/3 classes per week. There are 12 classes (i.e. 3 classes per week) in a month for Dance Fitness and the rest of the styles have 8 classes (i.e. 2 classes per week) in a month.

Q. Are refunds available?
Once you have registered and made the payment, no refund will be given under any circumstances.

Q. What are the different styles that you offer?
We currently offer, Bollyhop, Semi-Classical, Dance Fitness, Hip Hop Beginners, Intermediate and Advance, Kids Batch, Pre-Teens Batch. Visit the website www.choreonconcept.com for further details about each style and class under virtual classes and look at the fees and timing for all details.

Q. Are private sessions available?
Yes, private sessions are available. We do wedding and corporate events for which you can take private sessions. In a case where you want to have one on one learning or feel shy to attend a class with multiple students, these sessions can be arranged. We also do private sessions for events such as anniversaries, birthdays, etc. To book your private sessions, contact +91 9811866443/45.

Q. What if I feel shy?
We create a safe and comfortable environment for all. The atmosphere is a judgment zone where all of us are giving it our best to learn and grow together while having fun. This may just be the best opportunity to step out of your comfort zone. In case you want to take your time, you can also go for private sessions which will be one on one learning with your instructor.

Q. What do we need for the class?
A stable internet connection, your phone/laptop, a bottle of water, comfortable space to dance (wherever you like), and most importantly, your passion and energy.

Q. Who is going to be my instructor?
Your instructor depends on the class that you choose to attend. For details on which class is taken by which instructor, please click here to download the schedule.

Q. What happens if my instructor cancels the class?
In this case, don’t worry at all. We will not count that class as a part of your total classes. The class will be compensated.

Q. If I cancel a class or miss it due to connection issues etc., will I receive any compensation?
If you cancel before the scheduled class time, you can reschedule it anytime in the month but not after that. If you are unable to attend a class due to connection issues etc., kindly take a screenshot of your screen and send it to the team via message. Our team will look into this and once verified, we can reschedule the class. No monetary compensation will be provided in any case.
